All meetings are held at the Association office at 9:30 AM. ARC applications must be filed in the office on the Monday the week before the meeting to be considered.

All applicants and Homeowners having interest are urged to attend. The Committee also adopted new standards for applications as follows: 

• All applications must be received in the office on the Monday the week before the meeting date in order to be reviewed. 
• Plan size is now limited to an 11” x 17” sheet.  
• The ARC application must be complete with information regarding the contractor, insurance information, pictures or diagrams, etc. 
• Be signed by the owner. 
• Applications must be completed in their entirety. Incomplete applications may cause a delay in approvals.
